Border Collie Bits - Walk with Care: When walking your Border Collie, make sure he is always on a leash
unless you're in a safe off-leash park. Due to this dog's strong herding instincts, you may find him take
off after a car, a flock of birds or even a group of kids as he tries to 'herd' them into a corner. While it
may seem amusing to some, this behaviour is dangerous for those being 'herded' and especially dangerous
if your dog ends up under the wheels of the car he's trying to herd onto the pavement!
